Registration fee includes: Admission to all workshop sessions, workshop kit and name badge, workshop program, workshop abstrakts/proceedings, all coffee breaks, luncheons / lunchpacks (field trips), fieldtrips (27.-28.4. / 01.05.) and accommodation (*) in Vila Lanna. Post-workshop (04.-07.05.2019) fieldtrip will be reserved and charged extra (*).

(*) Due to the accommodation possibilities of the Vila Lanna it is important to know that the regular registration fee includes accommodation in a) one half of one double room (= one bed in one shared double room incl. overnighting with breakfast) in the term (arrival/departure): 26.04. - 03.05.2019 = 7 nights with breakfast or b) in one regular single room in the same term. The amount of single and double rooms is limited. If the requested room will be sold out we will inform the attendee about the possiblities left.

It will be possible to send the name of prefered colleague for the shared double room. We will try to get you all together due to your whishes. Additional nights must be requested in writen form to the workshop secretariat in advance and will be charged extra.

Cancellation of registration:

​- before 26th March 2019 will be subject to an administration fee of 50 EUR.

​- from 26th March to 12st April 2019 — 50% refund will be given.

​- from 12th April — no refunds will be given.

​

All your data will be safed and handled due to the actual GDPR.

May 4 – 7 - Post-workshop field trip:

Most of the participants will visit the Czech Republic once during the whole life; some specialists then may be frustrated by the choice of official field excursions. However, as far as you get Prague and its vicinity, we may try to give you the chance to show you what you exactly want to see from the geology of Czechia.

We may try to find a local expert who will accompany you to the localities. We may use public travel (not so bad in the Czech Republic), we can help you to rent a car and find occasional accommodation. Chiefly numerous Lower Paleozoic, Cretaceous, Oligocene, Miocene and Quaternary localities contain a notable ichnofabrics. Possibility to participate will be communicated separately between Radek Mikuláš and the participants; my guess is that the days of the official programme will be the best time for the final decision.
